Situated in the Orsia basin, along the mule track connecting Gressoney to other Italian valleys, which in winter becomes a ski slope.
Conveniently positioned for skiing activities—both downhill and cross-country—this is an isolated Stadel equipped with all modern comforts, offering tranquillity and privacy in an authentic Walser atmosphere with Italian design.
It is a recently renovated four-level apartment with three independent entrances, elegantly furnished by Italian architects while preserving the characteristic structure of the rascard, typical of traditional Walser Italian agricultural family homes.
Reinterpreted in a modern tourist key, ideal for one or two small families, it offers 100Mbs wi-fi Internet, Smart TV, SAT, DDT, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a bright living room with view and fireplace.
Outside, a large garden allows guests to relax in the sun until the afternoon on a plateau of untouched snow.

Bätt is not reachable by car – the last part must be done on foot.
Park your car in the designated parking along the road to Staffal (easy to find, well marked).
Walk to the house: about 400 meters / 5–10 minutes along a small scenic footpath.
